Taking care of our bodies.
Your body is a temple is what I always heard as a child, and I never understood what that meant until now. Before, and after I found out I had a heart disease, I wasn’t treating my body as a temple I was treating it as an abandoned house. I was indulging in many foods, sweets, and other things I knew wasn’t good for me. Did I care at the time I was doing it? Of course not, but I am making the change to care now and you can too! Now taking care of our bodies goes way beyond just the foods we eat it too includes the things we feed our mind. We have to be careful and stay away from negative things and negative energy even if that means taking steps back from ones we love the most. Negative energy can drain and effect you just as much as eating something you shouldn’t. One more thing is we have to make sure we’re getting cardio in daily even if it’s just a 5-minute walk around the yard we have to get the blood flowing. Now I will not sit here and imply that I have it together with eating right, and exercising, but I Am taking steps in the right direction, and that’s literally what it takes. Just a step! I encourage you to take the step with me to get on a road to a better and healthier life. Take the step today. Your health matters.
